The setting is in Montreal, winter of 2010 where, following long nights locked in a smoky basement, Abigail de Burgh Galwey (singer), Rudolph Chevalcha (pianist) and Nick Hynes (guitarist, Bran Van 3000) find their creative light. The chemistry emanating from these three souls in search of a vehicle for expression becomes evident when, jam after jam, ideas weld and take form. It is then impossible to ignore this emerging identity engraving these new sonic landscapes into time and space. And then there was Bliss; a trio making its beginnings as a studio project but who very quickly feels the need to share on stage the same visceral energy that inhabits their nocturnal improve sessions. By associating themselves with solid musicians such as Laurent Saint-Pierre (drummer), Donald O'Brien (bassist) and Judy Cloutier (back vocals) that Bliss can finally share the product of this universe.

La chimie émanant de ces trois âmes en quête d’un véhicule d’expression musicale ne fait aucun doute quand jam après jam, les idées fusent et prennent forme. Il est alors impossible d’ignorer cette nouvelle identité florissante gravant ainsi ces nouveaux paysages sonores dans le temps et l’espace.
